Mahmut Eyüboğlu
After graduating from Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2011, he started working as an intern at Başpınar & Partners, a member of International GRATA. After completing his mandatory one-year internship at this law firm, he was registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. He then worked as an in-house lawyer for a Turkish Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) company for two years.
In December 2015, he founded his own law firm, Eyüboğlu Büyükatak Law Firm. Mahmut Eyüboğlu provides services to both domestic and international investors in the real estate market, offering consultancy to a wide range of clients, including real estate investment companies, landowners, contractors, and lenders. His areas of practice include applied corporate law, tenant-landlord law, litigation, and land registry transactions. Additionally, he advises clients on Urban Transformation Law in Turkey.
Mahmut Eyüboğlu, who has a broad international influence, provides services to clients across various global regions, including the Middle East, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the UAE. Mahmut Eyüboğlu has represented at least 20 clients in land registry transactions related to unfinished construction projects in Turkey. He provided comprehensive consultancy from the acquisition stage and guided the completion of a prestigious real estate project with a total construction and development cost of 1 billion USD. Additionally, he has served as the attorney for contractors in approximately 30 urban transformation projects and as the attorney for property owners in at least 20 projects. He spoke at a real estate seminar addressing the current challenges faced by foreign investors in Turkey. Furthermore, he conducted the due diligence and acquisition processes for the residential components of a prestigious project, comprising over 1,000 housing units and 30 shops, on behalf of a foreign investor.
