Hande Günar

Hande Günar graduated from Ihsan Doğramacı Bilkent University in 2020, where she studied on a full scholarship. During her undergraduate studies, she completed summer internships at law firms ranked in The Legal 500 and also gained internship experience at the Presidency of the Court of Cassation and the Turkish Competition Authority. She joined Eyüboğlu & Büyükatak Law Firm in January 2022.

Her practice primarily focuses on real estate law, labor law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. She plays an important role in supporting international clients in their real estate and corporate investment processes. As a dedicated and solution-oriented team member with significant legal responsibilities, she acts as a bridge by maintaining direct communication with both attorneys and clients to deliver effective business solutions. She is responsible for managing litigation files of reputable global brands, particularly in relation to labor law disputes. In addition, she supports the corporate team in mergers and acquisitions as well as in day-to-day corporate legal matters.
