Hande Günar

Hande Günar ranked 136th nationwide in Turkey's University Entrance Exam and earned a full scholarship to İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent University, graduating in 2020 after completing her four-year undergraduate program in just three years. During her studies, she completed summer internships at law firms ranked by Legal 500 and also received internship training at the Presidency of the Turkish Court of Cassation and the Competition Authority. She joined Eyüboğlu & Büyükatak Law Firm in January 2022.

Hande practices mainly in the areas of real estate law, labour law, M&A projects and corporate law and plays a key role in the real estate and corporate investment processes of international clients. She is a promising team member with high legal responsibility, especially as she acts as a bridge between partners and lawyers, as well as direct communication with clients and a business-solving oriented approach. Hande is the team leader responsible for the litigation files, especially employment law, of reputable global brands. Hande also assists the Corporate Team with mergers and acquisitions and day-to-day corporate law transactions in the law office.
