Ezgi Naz Çıtak

Ezgi Naz Çıtak graduated with honors in 2021 from Istanbul Commerce University Faculty of Law, where she studied on a scholarship. During her undergraduate education, she gained practical legal experience through summer internships at various law firms; following her graduation, she completed her legal traineeship at a reputable law firm. In the early years of her career, she worked at a law firm operating in various fields of private law, gaining experience in a wide range of legal disputes.

During this period, she began her LL.M. studies in the Department of Private Law at Istanbul Commerce University and continued part of her graduate studies at LIUC – Università Cattaneo in Italy. As part of her academic work in the field of corporate law, she prepared her master’s thesis titled “Transfer of Shares in Turkish Joint Stock Company Law” and also published an article titled “The Role of Bearer Share Certificates in Joint Stock Company Law in Light of Recent Regulations.” Ezgi Naz Çıtak completed her master’s degree in 2025.

Ezgi Naz Çıtak provides legal consultancy and litigation services to her clients in various fields, primarily including real estate law, intellectual property law, concordat and bankruptcy law, labor law, and commercial disputes.
