Burak Büyükatak
Burak Büyükatak graduated from Istanbul Kültür University in 2015. At the beginning of 2016, he started working as an intern at Eyüboğlu Büyükatak Law Firm and, after completing his mandatory one-year internship, he was registered with the Istanbul Bar Association in 2016. Burak Büyükatak began working as a lawyer at Eyüboğlu Büyükatak Law Firm and gained extensive experience, particularly in Turkey's real estate and construction sectors. He has provided detailed consultancy and documentation support for urban transformation and land share processes, as well as advising on rental law, drafting comprehensive lease agreements, managing rental disputes, obtaining residence and work permits, overseeing real estate transactions, negotiating with administrative authorities, developing specialized business strategies, and managing high-risk disputes with a focus on alternative dispute resolution.
