Tunahan Eyüboğlu received his law degree from Kadir Has University. He earned his LL.M. in "European and International Business, Competition, and Regulatory Law" from Freie Universität Berlin, completing his master's thesis titled "The Right to Universal Open Internet Access and the Establishment of a Single Digital Market in the EU: The Principle of Net Neutrality and Its Impact on Data Protection Law." After completing an internship in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law at a prestigious law firm in Istanbul, he joined Eyüboğlu & Büyükatak Law Firm in March 2018. He has also served as the coach of the International Criminal Court Competition Team at Marmara University. 

Tunahan Eyüboğlu manages the firm's data protection compliance projects and provides legal consultancy to numerous international and local entrepreneurs. His areas of expertise include intellectual property law, information technology law, e-commerce and media regulations, commercial contracts, and labor law. Since 2019, he has overseen more than 30 compliance processes and has served as the lead attorney for the compliance processes related to personal data, e-commerce, and IT law for some of Turkey's leading and globally active companies in the hotel, real estate, textile, e-commerce, retail, and telecommunications sectors.

Additionally, he provides legal consultancy to his clients operating in the telecommunications, e-commerce and retail sectors within the framework of various legal disciplines, especially on ISO 27701 Personal Data Management System certification issues.

Tunahan Eyüboğlu serves as the Head of the Labor Law Department at Eyüboğlu & Büyükatak Law Firm, directing the team's activities related to labor law cases, including mediation negotiations, review of litigation petitions, and the development of pre-litigation labor law strategies. Since joining the firm, despite holding the position of Junior lawyer during the internal restructuring process, he has played an active role in labor law matters for his clients, particularly those in the retail sector and industrial companies. Over the past six years, he has developed deep and direct expertise in labor law, conducting on-site inspections at factories when necessary and participating in high-value labor law negotiations, primarily with foreign companies. These agreements, exceeding 1 million USD in value, have been conducted in full compliance with confidentiality principles.

Tunahan Eyüboğlu provides consultancy services to logistics companies operating abroad, advising on matters such as company establishment in Turkey, obtaining the necessary licenses from public institutions, and managing subsequent administrative processes. Additionally, once a week, he offers “in-house” legal services to clients who play an active role in the retail sector.
