BAKANLAR KURULUNCA GET\u0130R\u0130LEN BU D\u00dcZENLEME T\u00dcM KONUT SATI\u015e S\u00d6ZLE\u015eMELER\u0130N\u0130 KAPSAMAKTA MIDIR?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Getirilen d\u00fczenleme yaln\u0131zca \u00f6n \u00f6demeli konut sat\u0131\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerini kapsamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. T\u00dcKET\u0130C\u0130LER NE ZAMANA KADAR \u00d6N \u00d6DEMEL\u0130 KONUT SATI\u015e S\u00d6ZLE\u015eMES\u0130NDEN CAYAB\u0130L\u0130R?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcketiciler \u00f6n \u00f6demeli konut sat\u0131\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinden, s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin imza tarihinden 24 aya kadar cayabilmektedirler. (De\u011fi\u015fiklik \u00f6ncesi bu s\u00fcre 36 ayd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. T\u00dcKET\u0130C\u0130 \u00d6N \u00d6DEMEL\u0130 KONUT SATI\u015e S\u00d6ZLE\u015eMES\u0130NDEN H\u0130\u00c7 B\u0130R BEDEL \u00d6DEMEDEN D\u00d6NEB\u0130LCEK M\u0130D\u0130R?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6n \u00f6demeli konut sat\u0131\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin sonland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde sat\u0131c\u0131, konutun sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 veya sat\u0131\u015f vaadi s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi nedeniyle do\u011fan vergi, har\u00e7 ve benzeri yasal y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerden do\u011fan masraflar\u0131 talep edebilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.
