After completing his mandatory one-year internship at this law firm, he was registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. He then worked as an in-house lawyer for a Turkish Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) company for two years.<\/p><p>In December 2015, he founded his own law firm, Ey\u00fcbo\u011flu B\u00fcy\u00fckatak Law Firm. Mahmut Ey\u00fcbo\u011flu provides services to both domestic and international investors in the real estate market, offering consultancy to a wide range of clients, including real estate investment companies, landowners, contractors, and lenders. His areas of practice include applied corporate law, tenant-landlord law, litigation, and land registry transactions. Additionally, he advises clients on Urban Transformation Law in Turkey.<\/p><p>Mahmut Ey\u00fcbo\u011flu, who has a broad international influence, provides services to clients across various global regions, including the Middle East, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the UAE. In addition to his legal expertise, his entrepreneurial spirit has enabled him to establish valuable connections with many business partners and senior executives in Turkey, Europe, the Middle East, and the Arabian Peninsula. This extensive network allows the firm to communicate effectively with international clients.<\/p><p>Mahmut Ey\u00fcbo\u011flu is one of Turkey's leading real estate lawyers, and his knowledge and experience in this field are reinforced by both his practical expertise and his strong command of legal norms. He has extensive knowledge of urban transformation and was invited by the Istanbul University administration to teach in this area. He lectured on urban transformation at the university for two terms.<\/p><p>In addition to his presence in the domestic market, he is an influential lawyer internationally, with a keen awareness of market dynamics. Due to his expertise in the foreign investment sector, he was interviewed by a business magazine regarding the advantages of acquiring property abroad.<\/p><p>Mahmut Ey\u00fcbo\u011flu also spoke at a career and mentorship conference at Erciyes University. The conference, which featured two panels, facilitated the exchange of knowledge and expertise among leading legal advisors and lawyers.<\/p><p>Mahmut Ey\u00fcbo\u011flu has represented at least 20 clients in land registry transactions related to unfinished construction projects in Turkey. He provided comprehensive consultancy from the acquisition stage and guided the completion of a prestigious real estate project with a total construction and development cost of 1 billion USD. Additionally, he has served as the attorney for contractors in approximately 30 urban transformation projects and as the attorney for property owners in at least 20 projects. He spoke at a real estate seminar addressing the current challenges faced by foreign investors in Turkey.
