Tunahan obtained his law degree from Kadir Has University. He completed his LL.M. degree on European and International Business, Competition and Regulatory Law in Freie Universität Berlin, Germany.

He also participated International Criminal Court Moot Competition which is held in The Netherlands ever year. He is former Secretary-General of European Youth Parliament Turkey, former board member of European Law Students’ Association İstanbul and former president of Model United Nations Club in his university.

After had an internship within one of the reputable law firm in Istanbul practiced on IP and IT Law, he started to work Eyüboğlu&Büyükatak Attorneys at Law.

Tunahan is leading data protection compliance projects of the firm and he is legally advising numerous international and local start-up entities. He focuses on; intellectual property law, information technologies law, e-commerce and media regulations, commercial contracts and labour law.

He speaks English.
