Hande won Ihsan Doğramacı Bilkent University with a full scholarship as the 136th in Turkey in the Undergraduate Placement Exam and graduated in 2020 after completing her four-year undergraduate education in three years. During her undergraduate education, she did her summer internship at the law offices of Legal 500, as well as being entitled to internship training at the Court of Cassation (Turkey) and the Competition Authority.

After completing her legal internship at an international law firm in Legal 500, she started working as a lawyer in the same office, especially working in the fields of labor law, commercial law, international arbitration and personal data protection law, and her articles were published in the journals of the law office.

In January 2022, she joined Eyüboğlu&Büyükatak Attorneys at Law.

She speaks fluent English.
