Sezer is a Bogazici University Business Administration graduate and had her master degree on Monetary, Bank and Finance master degree programme at Sheffield University, England. After her master programme, she had a phd. on econometrics at Dokuz Eylul University. Sezer started her professional career at Board of Inspections and she continued as one of the founding partners of an international audit, tax and advisory firm. She was the responsible manager of internal audit, internal control and corporate governance projects in various sectors.
On September 2014, Sezer established SMM IT companies and Corporate Risk Management Advisory Services Company with her partner. She also gives lectures at Ankara University and Bilgi University. Sezer has published two books, one about Monetary Policies and one about Margining Methods in Derivatives Markets.
Currently, Sezer also works as an internal auditor for a company totally open to public. She is coordinating Corporate Restructuring process in accordance with the Capital Market Law of regulations.
